Relationships Coach
Michelle K Ross
Sometimes we all need a little help
Relationships are at the root of what makes us human, and so naturally have a huge impact on our lives. We all strive to form fulfilling relationships, whether it’s with a partner, family members, friends, acquaintances or work colleagues. These connections form our support networks, providing mutual happiness, comfort and support when we need it. No wonder that it can cause a huge strain on our mental health if relationships change, whether through divorce or separation, a child moving out of the family home, or because of a dispute or argument.
Why relationship coaching?
Relationship coaching is essentially life coaching, but with a focus on personal discovery within your relationships - including during the process of, or following divorce or separation from a partner. Those who have come through the experience of a relationship breakdown, often find themselves grieving the life they thought they would have and are unclear as to their path in life. If that resonates with you, this is where I can step in. As a relationship coach, I can help you to find what your goals are.
Don't be alone
I use my expertise, and draw on my own personal experiences, to help you find clarity in the direction and meaning of the most important relationships in your life. Perhaps you are contemplating divorce or are recently divorced, or perhaps you’re suffering from ‘empty nest syndrome’, which is making you feel lost, helpless and without direction. I can provide practical advice and support.
By listening to you and focusing on options that are open to you, rather than the things around you that you have no influence over, I can help you to unlock your potential and feel more positive about the future.
